Three Regions running tour in Ecuador – 4 to 9 days

Ecuador gives you the opportunity to visit the Pacific Ocean, the Andes and the Amazon in just four days, while doing what you like most: running!

From an ancient railroad path at 2500 m up to the Paramo at 3500 m…  and as a prize for your effort, enjoying the hot springs of a fancy hotel spa. Then, we get into the Cloud Forest and its cristal clear rivers and pure air. Going down to the Jungle where the most biodiversity of the planet is located. Find very diverse landscapes in the highlands slopes, and into the humid and green savannah where banana and mango trees grow. And travel down to the hot and sunny beach where real life start!

Three Regions running tour in Ecuador needs trail running experience of an intermediate level and a free spirit. The more prepared you are for a tour, the more fun you’ll have and the further you’ll be able to go.
